See whether AI assistants recommend you

Plans: AI Visibility is included in every plan (Starter, Growth, Pro and Agency), with a monthly number of on-demand scans: Starter 2, Growth 4, Pro 8, Agency 20. The free trial does not include it.

Verification tells you whether your signals are on your storefront. AI Visibility tells you what the other side sees: when a buyer asks Google or an AI assistant which product to buy, does the answer cite you — and if not, who does it cite instead?

The page lives in the store menu as AI Visibility.

The three things on the page

Google AI Overview

Once a week we run your keywords through Google and record, for each one, whether Google showed an AI Overview and whether its sources included your domain.

The percentage is citations divided by the keywords that actually produced an AI Overview — not by every keyword we checked. Keywords where Google showed no AI Overview are left out of the denominator on purpose: counting them would water the number down with searches where there was nothing to win.

That is also why you may see "Nothing measurable this week" instead of a number. It means the scan ran and Google showed no AI Overview for any of your keywords. It is not a score of zero, and we will not print one — a zero would tell you nobody cites you, which is a different and much worse fact.

Share of voice breaks the same measurement down by domain: your store first, then the competitors holding the slots you did not get, with how many answers cite each one. Biggest openings is the actionable half — the AI Overview questions where you are not cited, highest search volume first, with who is cited instead.

What the assistants answered

The real text an assistant produced for a buyer question, with the sources it cited and the brands it named. This is not inferred from a search results page: we ask the assistants and store what comes back.

Two states look similar and mean different things:

  • "Not measured yet" — we have not asked the assistants about this store.
  • "No mentions found" — we asked, and no assistant mentioned you. That is a real result.

Weekly purchase-intent questions

A fixed set of the questions buyers in your category actually ask, put to ChatGPT and Gemini every week. Claude and Perplexity can be added for your organization on request. Owners and admins can choose which set runs for a store.

The page shows results only for the assistants enabled for your organization, and says which ones. Answers collected earlier from other assistants are kept; they are just not shown.

The sets are frozen on purpose: a set is never edited in place. Two weeks of the same set are comparable; a set that changed halfway turns every movement into noise you cannot read. Switching sets starts a new series — the weeks before the switch are not comparable with the weeks after.

Choosing or pausing a set costs nothing at the moment you save it. The questions are asked on the next weekly run.

Does the citation survive the conversation?

Being cited in the first answer is not where the sale happens. With turn survival switched on for a store, each weekly question is asked as a three-turn conversation: the question, then "compare them", then "which one do I buy?". For each assistant the page shows how often you are cited at turn 1, 2 and 3, the turn where you usually drop out, and which stores took your place.

It is off by default, because it makes three times as many calls each week (still inside your organization's monthly budget). Owners and admins switch it on under the question set. A turn the assistant never answered reads "Not measured", never 0%.

What it costs, and the "Scan now" button

Every measurement on this page is a paid call to an external data provider, and each organisation has a monthly measurement budget. So:

  • Opening or reloading the page never spends anything. You are reading results already on disk.
  • The scans run on a weekly schedule, inside that budget.
  • "Scan now" runs one extra scan of Google's AI Overviews the moment you ask — useful right after you re-enrich or publish, instead of waiting for Monday. Your plan includes a number of them per month (Starter 2, Growth 4, Pro 8, Agency 20); the button shows how many are left and when they renew, and asks you to confirm before it runs, because each one is a paid call. Unused scans do not carry over. Only owners and admins can run one.
  • If a store says it has no AI Visibility budget yet, nothing has been measured for it. Contact us to switch the weekly scans on.

The weekly summary

Once the week's scans are on disk, the organization's owners get one notification per store where something changed, summarising it: the new share, the movement against last week, who is holding the slots you did not win, and the biggest openings. It arrives in the bell and, depending on each owner's notification settings, by email.

A week with nothing measurable sends nothing at all — silence here means "no news", never "your score fell".
