Plans and what's included
Clione has four plans: Starter, Growth, Pro and Agency, plus a 14-day Free Trial. This page compares them. The live limits and features of your own organization, add-ons included, are on the Billing & Plan page of the dashboard — see Billing.

Prices are billed in US dollars. Tax is calculated at checkout.
What every paid plan includes
- Connect BigCommerce, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, up to your plan's store limit.
- Sync products, categories, collections and pages.
- Enrich entities within your monthly enrichment credits (on Starter, products only).
- Publish to your storefront. Publishing is always something you do; enriching never publishes on its own.
- The Schema Injector on BigCommerce and the Clione theme app embeds on Shopify (with the Clione Shopify app).
- The AI Visibility page, with a monthly number of Scan now scans.
- Markets (languages) as an organization-wide pool: one per store your plan allows, plus one per Extra store add-on, plus your Extra market add-ons.

Notes:
- Enrichment credits belong to the organization and are shared by all its stores. They reset at the start of each calendar month.
- Products synced counts every product across all the organization's stores.
- Branded reports, the Brand tab of your organization and a report domain all come with branded reports: included on Agency, and unlocked by the Pro Reports add-on on the other plans. See Branded reports and Branding.
- Client organizations let an Agency create a separate organization for each client, with its own plan, credits, reports and members, all reachable from one login. See Members and roles.
Add-ons
Add-ons are bought on Billing & Plan → Add-ons and lift a limit without changing plan:

Free Trial
The Free Trial runs 14 days from the moment your signup is approved, not from the moment you sign up: a self-serve signup lands as pending and a member of the Clione team approves it.

The point of those numbers is to let you read real enriched output for your own products before paying, on a catalog small enough to inspect by hand.
When the 14 days pass, nothing is deleted and nothing is downgraded. Your catalog and every enrichment stay exactly as they are; what stops is new work. Syncing, enriching and FAQ generation answer with an upgrade prompt, and the dashboard shows a "Your free trial has ended" banner with a button to choose a plan. Pick a plan and the same data carries on.
While the trial runs, the banner counts the days left and changes colour as the end approaches. If you need more time, ask through Report a problem in the top bar; support is never plan-gated.
Superadmin override
When your monthly enrichment credits run out, enrichment requests are refused until the next month, an upgrade, or an Expand credits add-on. Clione staff acting on your account are not blocked by that limit — for example to repair a bad enrichment during a support case, or to check a fix on your catalog.
Every enrichment Clione staff run past your limit is recorded in Clione's internal plan change log as an admin quota override, with the limit crossed, the counter and limit at that moment, and who did it. By default that work still counts against your credits, exactly as if you had run it yourself. If Clione staff decide the work is internal and should not use your credits, that decision is recorded too, with the reason.
