Add the FAQ widget

Your FAQs reach crawlers as structured data once you publish the entity (on Shopify, with the Clione app installed and its Clione SEO app embed on). The widget is the part your shoppers see: an accordion on the page, styled to match your store. FAQs are included on Growth and above.

Step by step​

  1. BigCommerce: the Clione storefront script shows the widget. If the store's Setup assistants card says it's missing, install it with Install the storefront script.
  2. Shopify: in your theme editor, turn on the Clione FAQ app embed of the Clione app, and save.
  3. Any other setup: open FAQs in your store and go to Embed Script. It builds the snippet, styles included, and tells you where to paste it.
