Sync your catalog

Sync builds Clione's working copy of your catalog. It never calls the AI and never spends a credit, so run it as often as you like. Owners, admins and members can run it; stopping a running sync and the Advanced controls are for owners and admins.

Step by step​

  1. Open your store and click Sync.
  2. On the Catalog sync card, click ⟳ Sync all and confirm with Start sync. It runs products, then categories and collections, then pages.
  3. Watch the rows. Each one shows done and how many items it synced; then the rows are ready to enrich. To sync one type on its own, open Advanced controls.
